All agenda items were completed, and where required, approved by the shareholders of the Company, including:

  1. Receiving the audited annual financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended November 30, 2025;
  2. Fixing the number of directors of the Company at four (4) persons for the ensuing year;
  3. Electing the directors for the ensuing year;
  4. Appointing the auditors of the Company and to fixing the auditors’ remuneration and the terms of their engagement;
  5. Approving a new ‘20% rolling’ equity incentive plan, in the form set out in the Management Information Circular, to replace the Company’s previous 10% rolling incentive stock option plan of the Company;
  6. Passing and approving the adoption of By-Law No. 2 (Advance Notice By-Law) of the Corporation in the form set out in the Management Information Circular;
